„Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Platzmangel im Restaurant
Das Personal war zum größten Teil freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Servicemitarbeiterin Vera aus Portugal, sie war immer ausgesprochen nett, freundlich, gut gelaunt, zuvorkommend und auch sehr kompetent! Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock (kostenloses Upgrade von Straßen- zur Poolseite ohne, dass wir danach gefragt hätten :-) ) war relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen war relativ groß und auch vom Geschmack her in Ordnung. Im Front Cooking-Bereich wurden jeden Tag zum Frühstück Spiegeleier, verschiedene Omeletts und Crepes und am Abend gegrilltes Fleisch und Fisch sowie zwei verschiedene Nudelgerichte frisch zubereitet. Zum Abendessen gab es sogar täglich 4-5 vegetarische Gerichte. Räder konnten auf der Rückseite des Hotels in einem Zelt (Zutritt über ein Gartenzauntor nur mit Zimmerschlüsselkarte) abgestellt werden. Darin standen Werkzeuge und ein Luftkompressor kostenlos zur freien Verfügung bereit. Fahrradschlösser (Kaution: 5 €) konnten an der Rezeption ausgeborgt werden. Badetücher (Kaution: 10 €) konnten dort ebenfalls ausgeliehen werden, für einen Badetuchwechsel bezahlte man 2 € pro Stück. Einen Parkplatz konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel leider nie finden (es waren sogar die Halte- und Parkverbotszonen dauernd besetzt), jedoch war auf der Rückseite des Hotels in der Nähe des Radabstellplatzes jeden Abend der ein oder andere Parkplatz verfügbar. Mehrere Supermärkte, Apotheken, Radverleihe etc. waren innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Den Strand erreichte man in ca. 5 min Gehzeit.
Der Speisesaal ist in Relation zur Anzahl der Gäste leider viel zu klein! Da das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt im Mai/Juni leider sehr schlecht war, konnte man die Mahlzeiten nicht auf einer der beiden Terrassen einnehmen, weil es entweder zu kalt war oder die Tische überhaupt nicht gedeckt waren. Deshalb war alles auf den Innenraum des Restaurants beschränkt, wo die winzigen Tische so eng angeordnet waren, dass es zum Nachbartisch nur ca. einen halber Meter Abstand gab! Dadurch fühlt man sich sehr eingeengt und hat keine Privatsphäre! :-( Es gab zwar offiziell zwei unterschiedliche Essenzeiten, zu denen man beim Einchecken, ohne zu fragen, einfach eingeteilt wurde, unserem Vernehmen nach dürften sich aber nicht alle Gäste daran gehalten haben. Denn während unserer 2. Sitzung (20.00 – 21.30 Uhr) war der Speisesaal manchmal so voll, dass kein Tisch mehr frei war oder gerade erst einer abgeräumt und neu eingedeckt wurde oder wir zeitweise fast alleine im Restaurant waren. Darüber hinaus waren bei der 2. Sitzung jeden Tag einige Speisen nicht mehr verfügbar, vor allem bei den Nachspeisen wie Kuchen und Torten. Dort sah man oft nur mehr die Kärtchen, mit denen die Gerichte gekennzeichnet waren, und die leeren Teller mit ein paar Bröseln drauf. Beim Eis gab es anstatt der angeschriebenen 4 Sorten (Vanille, Schokolade, Himbeere und Pistazie) meistens nur mehr Pistazie. Und statt der gebackenen Tintenfischringe wurden dann halt einfach Zwiebelringe angeboten!

Sehr gut
Super Lage,Super Hotel.Nettes,aufmerksames Personal.Die Halbpension war ausgezeichnet.Wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca kommen,sicher dieses Hotel werden wir wählen!:-)
Leider war unser Zimmer nähe zur Bar,so war laut.Nächstemal möchten wir sicher ab 2.Stock Zimmer zu haben.
